Located at 4210 Cedarwood St., the four-storey, 35 unit, wood-frame building—featuring a mix of studio to four-bedroom units—will provide stable, affordable housing primarily for Ahousaht First Nation members with low to moderate incomes. Owned and operated by the Citaapi Mahtii Housing Society, the project also includes a playground, outdoor gathering area, and cultural centre to foster community connection and celebrate Indigenous traditions.
