Cedarwood
The Citaapi Mahtii is a 35-unit affordable housing project for the Ahousaht First Nation and operated by the Citaapi Mahtii Housing Society. This 35,413 sqft, four-storey wood-framed building features a gathering space for cultural activities and Indigenous artwork throughout interior and exterior spaces.
The project is set to complete August 2025.
