Maitland Street Village

IWCD was the Construction Manager for the new construction of a four storey, wood-frame construction project. This 46-unit affordable family housing project is well suited to meet the needs of its residents. Complete with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units including accessible units.

Not just an attractive exterior, Maitland Street Village was constructed to meet Step 4 of the BC Energy Code as well as provisioned for a future solar power addition that would bring this building to net-zero energy consumption!
